HOW TO ORDER YOUR GIFTED TURTLES PRINT
Please message us with the following details once you have placed you order
Your words: We recommend 20 to 30 words, but you can have as many or as few as you like. If you are including phrases, please keep these to 3 or 4 words maximum where possible, as longer phrases can cause issues with the look of your print. That being said, we will print whatever you like.
What we don't do: The locations of all words are randomly placed throughout the print, so we are unfortunately not able to put particular words in an area. Proof copies are also not sent, as this vastly increases turnaround and dispatch times.
Please note that your print will need to be mounted in the frame when it arrives. This is to ensure the greatest protection whilst in transit.
Frequently asked questions;
- What are the dimensions of my print? A5: 148 x 210mm (5.8 x 8.3 in) - A4: 210 x 297mm (8.27 x 11.69 in) - A3: 297 x 420mm (11.7 x 16.5 in) - These sizes are for the prints only, not the frames.
- Do you have tracking information for my package? We don't currently use a tracked method unfortunately.
- What colour frames are available? We offer black, dark grey, light grey, and white frames for the A5, A4, and A3 options, but no longer offer an A2 framed option due to the excessive shipping costs to our overseas customers.
- Can you create a custom design for me? At present, we are not taking custom orders.
- What colours are available for my print? Some designs are only available in the colours shown. Others are completely customised, and the colours will be shown in the listing images if this is the case.

This was brilliant. i have used Gifted Turtles a couple of times now and have been really impressed with their communication ( i queried something and got a very prompt reply). The print is fab and arrives really quickly.
This one was A4 , my previous one was A3 and personally i would now do the bigger the better (but cant fault the A4) just my preference.
The problem with this was that it was packed face up to the sticky end of the envelope, so pulling it out of its envelope, it got stuck and could not remove some of the sticky/paper from the front of the picture. So picture had to be replaced - very quickly, without charge, packed as a roll this time. Perfect, looks just as I expected. not given to recipient yet.
Beautiful picture, would buy again.
