PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow up to two business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. During peak periods, there may be additional delays, though we will do our best to limit these delays.

UK

Items are sent Tracked 48 as standard (Royal Mail). Please allow up to three days for delivery and up to five business days during peak periods.

We do offer the option of express shipping for an additional charge. We currently send express items on Royal Mail's Special Delivery service (pre 1pm), as well as a Tracked 24 service. This may change without notice, so please drop us a message to confirm.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders are sent on a tracked service with transit times of 5 to 7 business days. Please note that delays with customs clearance are possible, so we unfortunately cannot guarantee these delivery times.

Orders over £40 are eligible for free shipping in the UK.
