Gift for the wife that's won me lots of Brownie points. Very good and well presented.
This purchase should have said “Jessie”, there was no choice of font and no preview photo to check the item beforehand. The cushion font was really hard to read, and looked like it said “Dyjie” or “Oysie” not Jessie! The sellers response times were extremely slow or completely non-existent and his response was just for me to purchase yet another cushion, due to his extremely poor service! I would certainly not recommend this seller! I have never before needed to leave negative feedback for any Etsy item, as the sellers are usually amazing, but sadly not on this occasion! You may need to have the personalised name translated to English, if ordering this item! One very unhappy customer!
Item bought as a present. Arrived within dates quoted. Parcel, wrapped in grey plastic, arrived torn. Luckily the item was not damaged. Maybe wrap in additional waterproof material. No other complaints, very happy with my purchase.
