HOW TO ORDER YOUR GIFTED TURTLES PRINT
Please message us with the following details once you have placed you order
Your words: We recommend 20 to 30 words, but you can have as many or as few as you like. If you are including phrases, please keep these to 3 or 4 words maximum where possible, as longer phrases can cause issues with the look of your print. That being said, we will print whatever you like.
What we don't do: The locations of all words are randomly placed throughout the print, so we are unfortunately not able to put particular words in an area. Proof copies are also not sent, as this vastly increases turnaround and dispatch times.
Please note that your print will need to be mounted in the frame when it arrives. This is to ensure the greatest protection whilst in transit.
Frequently asked questions;
- What are the dimensions of my print? A5: 148 x 210mm (5.8 x 8.3 in) - A4: 210 x 297mm (8.27 x 11.69 in) - A3: 297 x 420mm (11.7 x 16.5 in) - These sizes are for the prints only, not the frames.
- Do you have tracking information for my package? We don't currently use a tracked method unfortunately.
- What colour frames are available? We offer black, dark grey, light grey, and white frames for the A5, A4, and A3 options, but no longer offer an A2 framed option due to the excessive shipping costs to our overseas customers.
- Can you create a custom design for me? At present, we are not taking custom orders.
- What colours are available for my print? Some designs are only available in the colours shown. Others are completely customised, and the colours will be shown in the listing images if this is the case.

Super quick delivery and the colours are great and it's a nice picture for the wall but the reason I only gave it three stars is this.... I ordered a 16' × 12' so that's quite a size but still lots of the lettering is too small to even make out what it says because this particular picture is rather small in its detail. To get the full effect of the names or words in this print it needs to be huge. I have other prints of different pictures like this from other sellers and it works because the pictures have less detail or thin parts. Keep this in mind when choosing your print and all will be well.

The quality of the picture i ordered is brilliant!!! Delivery is normally within a day or two of ordering but takes a little longer due to the postal strikes. My picture came gently rolled in a cardboard tube which is great!!!
Wow!!! Absolutely what i asked for!!! Perfect for my garden with the sage green and cream colours!!! The size is spot on as i've bought this for my electric box door which is in my back garden!!!
