Item arrived on time, no issues with the order at all, lovely mug - perfect in my eyes & I'm very picky and can spot mistakes from a mile away, only feedback is to maybe wrap the mug in bubble wrap next time if possible to prevent delivery workers from accidentally breaking the mug as it is a fragile item after all, but nothing negative. The item was wrapped nicely as well.
