HOW TO ORDER YOUR GIFTED TURTLES PRINT
Please message us with the following details once you have placed you order
Your words: We recommend 20 to 30 words, but you can have as many or as few as you like. If you are including phrases, please keep these to 3 or 4 words maximum where possible, as longer phrases can cause issues with the look of your print. That being said, we will print whatever you like.
Your colours: Please include the colour option you'd like. We have a selection of colour options in the listing images, but can also use your own colours if preferred. If we are not advised on a colour, we will use the default colours as shown in the first image.
What we don't do: The locations of all words are randomly placed throughout the print, so we are unfortunately not able to put particular words in an area. Proof copies are also not sent, as this vastly increases turnaround and dispatch times.
Please note that your print will need to be mounted in the frame when it arrives. This is to ensure the greatest protection whilst in transit.

- What are the dimensions of my print? A5: 148 x 210mm (5.8 x 8.3 in) - A4: 210 x 297mm (8.27 x 11.69 in) - A3: 297 x 420mm (11.7 x 16.5 in) - These sizes are for the prints only, not the frames.
- Do you have tracking information for my package? We don't currently use a tracked method unfortunately.
- What colour frames are available? We offer black, dark grey, light grey, and white frames for the A5, A4, and A3 options, but no longer offer an A2 framed option due to the excessive shipping costs to our overseas customers.
- Can you create a custom design for me? At present, we are not taking custom orders.
- What colours are available for my print? Some designs are only available in the colours shown. Others are completely customised, and the colours will be shown in the listing images if this is the case.
