HOW TO ORDER YOUR GIFTED TURTLES PRINT

Just select your size and frame option, the required skin tone, add you name and words, and click 'Add to Basket'. It's that easy :)

If ordering a digital file, we aim to have these sent over within one business day. During peak periods such as the run up to Christmas, please allow an extra day to receive your file.

Your words: We recommend around 30 words for the best distribution, but you can have as many or as few as you like. If you are including phrases, please keep these to 3 or 4 words maximum where possible, as longer phrases can cause issues with the look of your print. That being said, we will print whatever you like.

What we don't do: The locations of all words are randomly placed throughout the print, so we are unfortunately not able to put particular words in an area. Proof copies are also not sent, as this significantly increases turnaround and dispatch times.

Please note that your print will need to be mounted in the frame when it arrives. This is to ensure the greatest protection whilst in transit.

- What are the dimensions of my print? A5: 148 x 210mm (5.8 x 8.3 in) - A4: 210 x 297mm (8.27 x 11.69 in) - A3: 297 x 420mm (11.7 x 16.5 in) - These sizes are for the prints only, not the frames.

- Do you have tracking information for my package? We don't currently use a tracked method unfortunately.

- Can you create a custom design for me? At present, we are not taking custom orders.
